Michael-Bernhard Zita, a trained computer engineer, recognized for himself more than 20 years ago that many technical challenges have more to do with people than with computers. With his studies in communication science, he now tries to promote media literacy and develops communication theory and educational projects that do justice to this insight and yet try to understand it better.
