As an organizational consultant Public Values in the Information Society, I research the changes that new technology brings to the relationship between governments, markets, and residents. New technology or AI is not something you use, it uses you. Configurations in our society are changing, visible in the public space, but also invisible within systems. Awareness of this is on everyone's mind: the deployment of new technology requires a social dialogue.
