Jet de Ranitz

Jet de Ranitz is Chair of the Board of Directors at the NPO (Dutch National Broadcaster). With her arrival, the public broadcaster is advancing the transformation aimed at building a more efficient, effective, and future-proof organisation. De Ranitz brings extensive leadership experience from the higher education, arts and technology sectors. Most recently, she served as Public Sector Lead at Microsoft Netherlands. Her earlier roles include positions at Tilburg University, the Netherlands Dance Theater and the Amsterdam School of the Arts, after which she played a significant role in the transformations of Inholland University of Applied Sciences and SURF cooperative. Alongside her executive experience, De Ranitz is active in supervisory (non-executive) roles. She has served as a member of the supervisory board of NTR (Dutch public broadcaster) and currently chairs the supervisory board of Kunstmuseum (arts museum) and Escher museum in The Hague.
