Kai-Hsiang Wen

Kai-Hsiang Wen, born in Taiwan in 1997 and currently based in the Netherlands, is a product designer whose practice focuses on how everyday consumer products shape human perception.

Since studying at Design Academy Eindhoven, he has explored interactions between people and objects through electronics, sound systems, and kinetic installations. His work often begins with everyday technologies, observing how products subtly and imperceptibly intervene in daily life, gradually reshaping individuals and society. Recent projects extend toward the relationship between sound media and geopolitics, examining how signals, infrastructures, and systems of power engage in a quiet yet intense struggle within everyday life.
