Alexandra van Huffelen

Alexandra Carla van Huffelen has been State Secretary for Kingdom Relations and Digitalisation on behalf of D66 in the Rutte IV cabinet since 10 January 2022. Before that, she was State Secretary for Finance in the Rutte III Cabinet from 29 January 2020, with the portfolio of benefits and customs. Before that, she was a member of the Upper House, general director at GVB Amsterdam and alderman in Rotterdam. From her position, she is concerned with technological innovations and good European cooperation to strengthen our economy. At the same time, she focuses on combating or minimising the dangers of technology.
