Daniƫlle Arets is professor of Designing Journalism at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg. The research group focuses on journalistic transformation, with an emphasis on digital developments, new forms of public engagement, and the (re)designing of journalistic storytelling and modes of expression. The team consists not only of journalists, but also designers, artists, AI experts, philosophers, and anthropologists. Daniƫlle is also a member of the Council for Culture, which will publish an advisory report on AI and the cultural and creative sector in June.
