Egon Verharen

Egon Verharen is Innovation Manager at NPO, the Dutch public broadcasting foundation, where he supervises the innovation agenda, and stimulates and facilitates innovation in public broadcasting. Before joining NPO, he was innovation manager at SURFnet, the Dutch network for higher education and research, and assistant professor at Tilburg University. He has a master’s degree in computer science from the University of Twente, and a PhD in intelligent agents from Tilburg University.
