Maike Klip

Maike Klip (TU Delft) is conducting PhD research together with public service organizations into government services that are good for people. She writes about this on her blog klipklaar.nl. She has worked as a (service) design researcher at the Executive Agency of Education, the Ministry of Health and the National Ombudsman. In her previous research about The compassionate civil servant, she looked into the role of empathy for citizens in the making of digital government.
