Oskar Gstrein
Ambassador Data Autonomy at University of Groningen
Mag. Dr. Oskar Josef Gstrein, LL.M. is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Governance and Innovation at Campus FryslĂąn, where he is also member of the Data Research Centre.
His overall research theme is âHuman Dignity in the Digital Ageâ, and he works on a new initiative at the University of Groningen to increase 'Data Autonomy'.
He joined the University of Groningen to collaborate with the first United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy in a Senior Researcher position. Currently, he serves as Programme Director of the Bachelor Data Science and Society.
