Sébastien Shulz

Sébastien holds a Ph.D in sociology. His work focuses on the relationship between digital technologies, democracy and new organizations. In particular, he studies mobilizations that draw on digital commons to democratize public action and ecologize our economies. He is co-leader of the "Politiques des communs numériques" working group at the Centre Internet et Société (CNRS). Furthermore, Sébastien is co-founder of the political association Pour une société des communs (for a commons society) and a member of the Digital Commons Strategic Group (DCSP).
