Vera van der Burg

Vera van der Burg is a Dutch artist and researcher who uses AI as a reflective making practice. Her work moves between ceramics, generative AI, computer vision and installations. She holds an MA from Design Academy Eindhoven and is completing her PhD at TU Delft, where her dissertation investigates how AI training processes can become a site for creative research. Her work has been shown at, among others, Onomatopee, Dutch Design Week and Mint Gallery in London. In 2025 she received the Dutch Design Award for Emerging Talent.
