During this session, we will learn how the National Library of the Netherlands (KB) is committed to digital change. Together with the management of different libraries, we will be discussing two different aspects of the way we deal with public values in relation to digitalization.

• What can we as organisations do ourselves. Illustrated by the case study of how the National Library of the Netherlands (KB) stopped using Google Analytics and what was needed to achieve it.
• What can we achieve in cooperation with citizens and users? How are libraries in the Digital Citizenship programme working towards greater awareness and understanding, on digital developments such as AI?
