Helga Schwarzwald

Helga Schwarzwald started her professional career as co-director of a Women’s Counselling Center and feminist legal advisor. Since 2003 she has been active in shaping the development of Community Media in Austria and Europe - for the last years as Managing Director of the Austrian Association of Community Broadcasters. Since 2008 she has also deepened her engagement with contemporary art, as artist and curator.
