Manfred Zielinski

Manfred Zielinski is an experienced IV project manager at the Ministry of the Interior and Kingdom Relations. He works on strengthening and extending secure, public alternatives on the internet, such as Mastodon. He also supports digital community assets, such as open source office software.

At the PublicSpaces Conference, he will elaborate on the social web, Mastodon, fediverse and ActivityPub for government agencies. He will emphasise the importance of interoperability and a responsible digital transition based on public values.
