Serv Wiemers

As an activist and author, Serv has a passion for communication and democracy. He studied international law and politics in Leiden, Connecticut and Paris. Serv served as a diplomat in China, led several CSOs, champions indigenous peoples' rights, and is a regular election observer for the OSCE. Serv believes that open government data is essential for the proper functioning of an inclusive democracy.
