Viktoras Daukšas has more than 14 years of experience in development of online technologies. A physicist by education he is also a creative problem solver, helping organisations to tune internal processes and deliver outstanding platforms. Viktoras has worked on development of the most popular and successful e-services in the Baltic states. 

For the last 4 years Viktoras leads DebunkEU.org, an independent technology think tank that analyses disinformation by combining expert knowledge with AI driven technologies. DebunkEU.org conducts disinformation analysis in the Baltic countries and Poland, as well as in the United States, Montenegro and North Macedonia together with the partners. The organization also carries out projects aimed at increasing the resilience of citizens through media literacy.
