Wilja Jurg

Wilja Jurg is a director, supervisor and advisor working at the intersection of public values, technology and cultural innovation. As Director-Manager of Tetem, a Dutch development organisation for digital culture, she has spent more than fifteen years exploring how technological developments shape society and how people and institutions can maintain agency in an increasingly digital world. Alongside her executive role, she serves on supervisory and advisory boards, including Het Nieuwe Instituut and the Creative Industries Fund NL. Her work focuses on governance, digital autonomy, organisational development and new forms of public collaboration.
