Esther Hammelburg

Esther Hammelburg is an Amsterdam-based media scholar. Her research focuses on the societal impact of hybridisation: the growing entanglement of (digital) media technologies and physical environments. Esther is professor of Hybrid Realities at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and serves as the director of the Society 5.0 Festival, a platform for reimagining a desirable future society with technology.
